7. Blue Prince Curse Mode Curse Mode must first be unlocked in your main save file by picking up the Cursed Effigy in the Shrine by breaking the box with a sledgehammer. You can get the box there by either buying the Curse of Blackbridge for 40 coins and reading it in the Library, or stealing coins from the Shrine to gain the negative Cursed.. This allows you to purchase a book called The Curse of Black Bridge, which costs 40 gold. Request the book in the Library and read it the next day.

The Curse of Black Bridge is a book by Redford Ewling that can be purchased from the Bookshop for 40 coins. After it has been purchased, it can be checked out in the Library. Reading this book unlocks Cursed Coffers as a purchasable item in the Mount Holly Gift Shop.
