The Yuno in Future Diary is the one from the 1st timeline. She won the death game for godhood and felt incomplete without Yuki and traveled back in time to 2nd timeline where she killed that timeline's Yuno and took her place. In the end of 2nd timeline death battle, Yuki won and subsequently became depressed and inactive without Yuno. Now the here's the odd part but makes sense since we.. Future Diary can be a little hard to follow due to the three different timelines, and how they influence the ending.
