The Morag Tong armor appears to use a different leveling system from normal loot. Each individual piece of the armor has a 50% chance of being the appropriate level, and a 50% chance of being one level below.. Without console abuse the chance to get every piece of Morag Tong armor at the best level is stupidly low. Edit: I forgot to mention something about the unique level scaling of this gear. It's determined WHEN YOU LEVEL UP. So to get the best possible armor, you NEED to have a level up ready and waiting before you try your luck.. The Morag Tong armor doesn't lean into the same mix of enchantments as what Oblivion Remastered players can find with the Dark Brotherhood's armor. Even so, this light armor set has a worthwhile set of buffs that suit stealth-oriented players excellently in its own way.
