There are architectural drawings from which quantities and general layout are taken. But after that, the chances of the wiring and plumbing runs being identical between 2 houses of the same floor plan are zip. When you get to commercial buildings, drawings are generally used. And I would guess they are needed to assemble a loaded 5th wheel, too.. Is there a repository that has manuals and wiring diagrams for RV's? I bought a 2000 Thor Wanderer Lite 5th wheel and am looking for as much information on as I can. It's in great shape, but just needs updating. A manual that describes it's functions would also be helpful.
