Rocker arm pedestal attaching bolts 20 ft. lbs. Slave cylinder lock nut 24 ft. lbs Slave cylinder interlock bracket mounting bolts 44 ft. lbs. Starter motor mounting bolts 38 ft. lbs. Transmission oil cooler hoses 21 ft. lbs. Transmission shift lever housing mounting bolts 40 ft. lbs. Turbocharger exhaust inlet pipe-to-exhaust manifold bolts 21.. The pushrods just slide into place with the copper end on the top, be sure they fall properly into the lifters down below. With the pushrods in place you can put the rocker arms onto them and the top of the valves. The rocker arms are fastened down with bolts that should be torqued to 20 ft-lbs. Torque spec's for heads, and rocker arms.. Off my head I want to say 24 on the rocker arms and 100 (in 3 steps) on the head bolts. There is a specific sequence to follow for the head bolts.. 99 & up 7.3L Power Stroke Engine & Drivetrain 6.0L Power Stroke Engine and Drivetrain Power Strokes 1994-1997 General 7.3L IDI Diesels..
