This is incorrect. I've visited sites that are blocked by Spectrum complete with their logo and and explanation of why. I've also tried to get to sites that cone up with a generic "This site cannot provide a secure connection" message with no logo or explanation from Spectrum that turned out to be usable by turning off Security Shield.. It said website was blocked due to something and to manage it download spectrum app if its a home account or another link for business account. Spectrum logo was on top left. I already have the spectrum app so I went on it to check and shield is turned off so not sure whats going on. Its been like this for a week
