on my sons 05 CRF50, he has been ringing its neck, and it seems to need the clutch adjusted. After you loosen the nut and turn the screw clockwise 1 turn , then turn it counterclockwise till you just start to fill Resistance or till it just starts to get snug????????. i know you are supposed to loosen the 14mm bolt and tighten the shaft with a flat head until it meets resistance but when i put my clutch cover on it has resistance from the start. Not just resistance but it's tight.
