Kyocera 3552ci keeps switching to MP tray (sideload) Troubleshooting We have the above Taskalfa printer/copier/scanner ect. When printing or copying an 11x17 page it wants us to add paper to the Multipurpose Tray instead of using the paper in Cassette 2. Cassette 2 is loaded with 11x17 and Cassette 1 has standard 8.5×11.. We are having an issue where if we call up a bunch of stuff to print in private print and then release them all to print randomly the printer will stop and start beeping. When we look at the screen it randomly switched from cassette 1 to multipurpose tray and wont finish.
