I'm trying to figure out when to take out the infant padding. I've emailed Evenflo twice but they haven't responded. Our son is 13 pounds 10 oz and 24 ¼". His shoulders don't seem to fully fit, but without the seat insert, his head flops over more than seems safe. What do you all think? Anyone with the same car seat who has any insight?.
