Oh man, fixing a gummy smile makes SUCH a big difference. Most of the time people who have a gummy smile have teeth that are okay and aren't even that bad, but once they fix it it becomes a much nicer smile in my opinion, like Jennifer Garner did right after Felicity and before Alias. But I actually don't notice Jessica Pare's teeth at all when she smiles because she's just so pretty.. In honor of celebrities with bad teeth, here's a list of beautiful women who happen to have a dental structure that most people would consider unattractive. But just because these women have crooked teeth, overbites, or an imperfect smile in general it doesn't mean that they are unattractive..

Back on topic, I also like that they acknowledge Megan's teeth in-universe. It would have been easy to ignore the fan comments, but including a comment or two about Megan being criticized by fans/directors/etc in the show signals to me that Jessica Pare knows people talk about it and is secure enough about her overall looks to be cool not.. For context, "teeth" is the top associated term for "Jessica Pare" on the drop-down menu in Google. Paré also reveals that she was once married (reportedly to producer Joseph M. Smith in 2007) and that she thinks "tits can be funny."
