Nurse Joy is the name of multiple nurses that work in Pokémon Centers in various regions throughout the anime. A Nurse Joy can completely restore any Pokémon back to perfect health. Their game counterparts are the Pokémon Center Ladies. Much like in the games, most of the Nurse Joys have brink pink hair and fair skin. Others could have a lighter shade of hair color, or brighter or darker.. Here we see Nurse Florence Joy of Wedgehurst with her two daughters - Suzanne "Suzy" Joy (her first born) and Wendy Joy (her second born). Note: The idea of a Nurse Joy in the Galar region being named Florence is based on the real-life figure, Florence Nightingale, based on an idea by @ Animedino1 .. She is the universal nurse positioned in every town and village in the Pokemon series. All Nurse Joys are related to each other somehow and each Nurse Joy uses a Chansey to help them with their work.
